Event Description
The Ukrainian higher education system has undergone a number of developments since Ukraine joined the Bologna Process in 2005. Internationalisation and quality development of higher education are accordingly two of the core policy issues to support the system in becoming a full member of the European Higher Education Area.
Within the Project "Training for Higher Education Administrators in Ukraine (THEA Ukraine)", which has been facilitated by FH Münster University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with Sumy State University (October 2019 - September 2021), 32 Ukrainian Higher Education Administrators received training in the field of internationalisation in higher education and science management. The participants worked on individual application projects to foster the international orientation of their home institutions.
In the context of the project's final conference, we would like to take the results of THEA Ukraine as an opportunity to discuss current areas of development in the field of internationalisation of higher education institutions in Ukraine and beyond with colleagues. University administrations and science managers as well as teachers and students interested in internationalisation issues are invited to participate in the discussion.
