Annika Boentert is Managing Director of the Wandelwerk. Centre for Quality Development and Professor for Higher Education Management and Quality Management. Since 2005 she made major contribution to the development of FH Münster’s internal Quality Management System and has rendered it to one of the leading models for Higher Education QM-systems in Germany. Annika Boentert continuously works in a number of national and international consultation projects and trainings on quality assurance and higher education management. Currently, her working activities are focussed on quality culture.

Frank Dellmann is Vice-President for Teaching and International Affairs and Professor for Business Mathematics, Statistics and Operations Research. From 2002 to 2015 he headed the German-Latin-American Studies of Business Administration. Until 2013 he was the Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration.He established the University Development Programme in Quality Management and Transfer Strategies and facilitated workshops in the field of Higher Education Management and Higher Education Didactics for Universities in Southeast Asia, Chile, Costa Rica and Colombia.

Sonja Mikeska has been working as Quality Manager and Higher Education Consultant since 2006. She accompanied the Bologna reform with the introduction of Bachelor& Master Study Programmes and the creation of an internal Quality Management system at a German Higher Education Institution. Besides that, she has been involved in various international projects (Deans’ Course Latin America, European University Initiative, Bologna Hub Peer Support …), where she is specialized in the topics of Internationalization of Study Programmes & Microcredentials, Recognition, Quality Assurance in Teaching & Learning as well as International Accreditation at programme and institutional level. In April 2021 she joined the Wandelwerk team in the Higher Education Management Programme and offers international consultancy and training activities.

Petra Pistor has worked in the field of Higher Education Management and Quality Development in various positions since 2005 and has cooperated with a variety of organisations in the Higher Education Area (EU, DAAD, GIZ, UNESCO etc.). Since October 2018 she is a member of the Wandelwerk, where she is - amongst others - occupied with the centre’s international consultancy and training activities. As an experienced trainer currently, her work is focused on different projects and trainings in the field of higher education both in Germany as well as internationally, especially in West and also in East Africa.

Yvonne Waschitzek studied the Master programme Sustainability in Service Management and Food Industry at FH Münster. She supports the team not only in financial management and project administration, but is also active in training for practice-oriented teaching and project management.
