The basis for this is our University Development Plan. Our HR Strategy for Researchers contains a definition of key development activities for the period 2017-2020. The "HR Excellence in Research" award conferred by the European Commission in autumn 2015 bears witness to our compliance with clearly defined standards in human resources and our continuous development in this area. We attach the utmost importance to the well-being of our students, faculty and staff. For this reason, we have established an Workplace Health Management programme.

HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) is of prime importance at Münster University of Applied Sciences. Activities include health-related staff training on prevention, stress management, relaxation techniques and nutrition. A Workplace Health Management programme provides a framework for a wide range of other measures aimed at systematically improving structures and processes in relation to health.
