Eleonore Kretz studied nutritional sciences with a focus on international food security at the Justus Liebig University in Gießen, Germany. At the Centre for International Development and Environmental Research in Gießen, the scientist worked on an interdisciplinary research projects in Kenya and Uganda.
Her research interests lie in the sustainable improvement of nutrition and health in an international context.
