As not all programme items are intended for all participants, please look at your particular group! (Guests from Latin America do not need to register to the different activities.)
If you would like to take part in an activity that is primarily intended for another group, please contact Lisa Feldkamp. In individual cases, we can check whether there are still places available.
Most of the different programme items will take place in Steinfurt. The room numbers and further details will be published gradually.
In order to guarantee a smooth process, plan the rooms, organise name badges, etc., we kindly ask you to register using the appropriate forms!
Information about the guests from the partner universities will be updated as soon as we know exactly who will be visiting from the partner universities.

Wednesday, 5 June 2024:
- 11:00-12:30 Uhr: Parallel guest lectures by the participants from Colombia and Chile
- 14:30-16:30: Presentations by the universities UPB and USACH and get-together
- Afterwards: Campus Fest

Monday, 3 June 2024:
- 10:00-11:00: Official welcoming ceremony
- 11:00-12:30 Campus tour incl. visit to some laboratories
- 13:30-16:00: Discussion in focus groups on the topic of International Engineering -> making plans for the future
Tuesday, 4 June 2024:
- 10:00-12:00: Further campus tour in small groups depending on department
Wednesday, 5 June 2024:
- 09:00-11:00: Discussions in focus groups/time slot for further talks and networking opportunities
- 11:00-12:00 Parallel guest lectures by guests from Colombia and Chile
- 13:30-14:30 Follow-up: Presentations by the various focus groups on the results
- 14:30-16:30 Presentations by UPB and USACH (mainly for students)

Friday, 7 June 2024
- 09:30-10:30: Münster city tour
- 15:00-18:00: Graduation ceremony for the first International Engineering students of the Department of Mechanical Engineering
- 20:00-22:00: Closing dinner in the A2 restaurant
