Registration and fees

The fee of about 150 Euros includes lunches, coffee breaks, a trip to Steinfurt, and a special cultural activity in Münster.

You will have to come up for accommodation, travel, further meals and transportation in Münster yourself. We recommend that you fund your trip and participation with Erasmus Staff Mobility grants. Please contact the International Office of your home university for further information.

Registration deadline has expired. Please contact staffweekfh-muensterde for possibilities of short-term participation.

Places are limited to a maximum of 30. We will only accept one registration per university.

The staff week will only take place with a minimum of 10 participants.

Please wait with making travel arrangements and booking accommodation until we have confirmed the registration. There can always be changes on a short notice due to the corona pandemic. We therefore strongly recommend to make bookings only if they can be cancelled until shortly before the event. FH Münster will not be covering cancellation fees.

IMPORTANT: The staff week will be held in person, on-site. Should this not be possible due to corona regulations of the state or university, the staff week will be postponed to May 2023. Updates will be published in time.
