Those who wish to apply for a work placement or a job in Germany need to be familiar with a number of rules.
Is it possible to send speculative applications or simply apply to a job advertisement on the internet? How and where can I find job vacancy announcements or a company that suits my field of interest? How should my application be structured; what should it include?
And then there is the stress of going for a job interview: what will it consist of and how should I behave?
In this seminar you will learn how to - write a letter, create your German CV and draw up a motivation report - make phone calls - prepare for a job interview - survive an interview for a job (e.g. describe your strengths and weaknesses) in addition to many other aspects. Please bring your own CV with you to work on it.
The workshop will be led by external referents of the ESE e.V. Each participant will receive a certificate. Please register with our online registration for this seminar. Participation is free, but it is only possible for international students of the FH Münster. There are a limited number of places available.
