Science meets business! Due to their wide applicability, rare earth elements and their compounds are becoming increasingly more important in technological products. At the conference, we will illuminate and discuss both technological developments in the availability of rare earths (Mining and Recycling) as well as their possible applications (Optics and Magnetism), and the resulting economic implications.
Prof. Bredol and Prof. Jüstel from the Institute for Optical Technologies at the Muenster University of Applied Sciences are actively involved in the organisation of this international conference as members of the Advisory Board.
