Cooperating Masters programmes from different departments

The iSuN includes students of cooperating Master programmes into research projects. Our practice partners benefit from this as well as they get to know potential future employees.

Sustainability in Service Management and Food Industries: Students will be qualified for the typical broad professional field of home economics and nutrition science with a focus on sustainability. Future fields of work are in the management of domestic services, product management in the food industry, federations, institutions, quality management and in the field of professional communication and further education.

Nutrition and Health: The Master programme Nutrition and Health of the FH Münster, taking four semesters, trains highly qualified experts who are able to deal with the complex tasks of health promotion in different fields. Possible fields of work for graduates are leading positions in food-related health promotion and prevention, nutrition therapy as well as nutrition communication in public relations.

Real Estate and Facility Management: The successful management of buildings, facilities and institutions requires process- and solution-oriented thinking. The intersection of different disciplines calls for experts who can reach a solid decision even with little information at hand. The Master programme Real Estate and Facility Management teaches these qualifications in a holistic, integrated way which combines business and engineering contents.

Technical Management EGU: The changing energy market, the increasing importance of environmental technologies, and the fact that the biggest share of energy consumption and the consequential pollution are directly and indirectly related to the operation of buildings account for the high importance of this Master programme. Due to their complexity, many tasks can only be handled involving multiple disciplines. This multidisciplinarity is ensured through the different subject areas in the department.

Logistics: Many businesses see logistics as the key to success as smoothly running logistics along the whole value chain is a significant competetive advantage on a global level. This includes the creation of cross-functional process chains. Considerations do not end at the single business, but encompass whole value chain networks.
