Scientific Supervision of the Pilot Project Funding Priority "Vocational Education for Sustainable Development 2015 - 2019"
The FH Münster (Münster School of Business/Institute of Sustainable Nutrition) and the University of Hamburg (Institute for Vocational and Business Education) supervise the pilot projects of the Funding Line III "Development of Domain-Specific Sustainability Competences for Professions in Craft-Based and Industrial Food Production" scientifically. The goal is to support the projects and practice partners as well as the funding programme in taking the leap "from project to structure" in the testing, implementation and stabilisation stages.

The joint project NAHGAST aims at the initiation and distribution of transformation processes towards sustainable production and consumption practices in the out-of-home catering sector.
Sustainable Procurement Management for SMEs in the Food Industry
The project aim is to identify focal points for sustainable procurement management in the food industry and to develop - together with partner businesses - scientifically substantiated methods and instruments for the integration of ecological and social aspects into the planning and implementation of procurement in enterprises in the food industry.
