In all of our programmes you can expect an education of practical relevance preparing for the future labour market. Our professors come from the corporate world. They know the needs of businesses and the public sector and adapt their teaching correspondingly.

We are working close to the corporate world to provide you with inputs from visiting faculty, projects in corporate reality, supervised internships and final theses in collaboration with corporate partners.

MSB researches close to application in real settings. Amongst others, a focus is on the topics of process management and digital transformation as well as on science to business marketing. MSB frequently provides research and consulting projects enabling students to gain practical experience at an early stage.

As one of the first universities of applied sciences, FH Münster UAS promoted the cooperative doctorate. In this field, MSB collaborates with national and international universities and integrates its internationally mixed group of doctoral candidates into teaching. Thus you can likewise pursue your academic interests at MSB.

One of our pillars are international programmes. MSB´s international B.A. European Business Programme and the German-Latin American programme in business administration B.A. CALA served as pioneers before higher education internationalised in course of the Bologna process.

Our standards for international programmes are demanding. Like in our other programme M.A. International Marketing & Sales, you can expect international subjects, teaching in several languages, international faculty, foreign language education, a mandatory study period abroad and an intensive intercultural experience. Is will usually be concluded with a double degree with one of our international partner universities.

During this journey, our Office for International Studies (OfIS) supports you and maintains contacts to about 60 partner universities in 30 countries.

Another pillar of MSB are extra-occupational programmes. Together with regional corporate partners we offer programmes combining academic education and professional reality.

Both dual bachelor's programmes in Business Administration and Business Administration & Taxation combine vocational training / vocational activities with a full degree programme. At masters´ level this is continued with the M.A. Auditing, Finance & Taxation (in collaboration with the University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück) and the M.A. Taxation. Those programmes already prepare parts of the German exams for public auditing respective tax consultancy.

MSB values the ability to innovate and to apply solutions to the corporate practice. Combined with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment, you become valuable actors of organisational progress, whether pursuing professional or scientific careers. We educate you to understand this process as a co-creative effort and to address it as a future leader or specialist.

A global economy only works in the long run if actors embrace the concept of economical, social and ecological sustainability and act responsibly in ethically demanding situations.

At MSB you will acquire the competence to validate these aspects in the context of corporate practice and to find well-founded ways through dilemma resulting from this value system.

With the MSB Code of Ethics, MSB adopted a consensus regarding ethical conduct and dealing breaches. The social-media section #msbsocial provides insight into the commitment of our students.

Our international Bachelor programs European Business Programme (EBP) and the German-Latin American degree in Business Administration (CALA), as well as the Master's degree in International Marketing and Sales (IMS) were awarded with the "EFMD accredited" seal (formerly known as EPAS Accreditation). 

Being internationally recognized, EFMD accredited stands for high quality standards of management courses with an international aspiration. With the EFMD Accreditation Board´s decision from 3rd of March 2020, the programmes receive an accreditation for three years. Münster School of Business is highly committed to quality on an international scale and has been a member of EFMD, which offers the EPAS seal, since 2016.
