As a facility manager, you will be a jack of all trades. You will have knowledge from five disciplines: business administration, architecture, civil engineering, energy engineering and building services engineering. You will develop ideas, for example, to reduce a building's energy consumption and to calculate operating costs for decades. Or you will use your entire expertise and experience to make employees feel comfortable at their workplace.
Master: Real Estate and Facility Management (MSc)
We understand the value-based and earnings-based management of real estate as an incentive to optimise the real estate life cycle across the value chain in a process-oriented and results-oriented manner. The programme focuses on business and engineering expertise as well as creativity in the development and implementation of strategies.
