The project is divided into different phases. Starting with the Research Discovery phase, entrepreneurial thinking and behaviour and women's leadership will be investigated through a meta-analysis, a qualitative, and a quantitative study. This is followed by the knowledge creation phase, where a series of workshops and discussions will take place, to develop the WE.Lead Academy. The WE.Lead Academy will afterwards be tested and validated with feedback. In order to increase awareness about the project outputs and the activities, sharing and promotion activities will be implemented. Two dissertations on the topic will close the circle, carrying the knowledge after the project. Throughout all those phases, the whole consortium will work together to reach the goals and make this project successful.
