In order increase the number of women in leadership positions and support women entrepreneurs in launching and expanding their venture, WE aim to:
- Encourage and support women to innovate within organisations: Understand the entrepreneurial behaviour of women in organisations and the factors that influence women's intrapreneurship.
- Make the entrepreneurial ecosystem more inclusive for women: Investigate the various support mechanisms available to women entrepreneurs in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in different contexts: Examine the role of context in women's entrepreneurial and leadership trajectories in organisations, higher education, and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
- Inspire entrepreneurial thinking and acting in women: Design and develop an entrepreneurship and leadership programme called the WE.Lead Academy.
