Getting to know more about future jobs in digital marketing, the applications in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Advertising (SEA), and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and put those concepts into practice, 17 students in the Master International Marketing and Sales (IMS) at the Münster School of Business were running a project to support the digital marketing for Science-to-Business (S2B) Marketing Research Centre. In this digital marketing project seminar the students founded an university agency and they performed as consultants.

Led and lectured by Fatih Enzian, an expert for digital marketing and UX / UI design from industry, those master students dedicate to the optimisation and sustainability of the marketing for S2B by creating social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, connecting to a newsletter and Google advertisement, and performing content marketing. The ultimate goals of this project are mutual - the IMS master students not only gain the practical experience of digital marketing but also create innovative and feasible solutions for S2B to receive higher engagement rates, reach more target groups in academical area and industry, and set up social media channels as a long-term and ongoing plan.

With the help and connection with Andre Perusso and Alexander Schmidt as project leaders, and Prof. Dr. Thorsten Kliewe, Deputy Managing Director & Research Director of S2B Marketing Research Centre, this seminar is a new module option in the IMS program. Through the project, the master students are encouraged to engage in more practical marketing contents inspired by their innovations.
