A great evening for the entrepreneurial scene in Münster! The NRW Hub-Battle was celebrated in Münster at the Jovel Music Hall. The event Hosted eight start-ups from eight regions in North Rhine-Westphalia to compete for the title of NRW Startup Champion. Together, the fanbases from each region in NRW and the top-class jury chose the winners.
Together with Christoph Büth (NRW.BANK), Julia Kuemper (Ventreneurs GmbH) and Burkhard Peters (PwC), Jun. -Prof. Dr. Sue Rossano-Rivero represented the Science-to-Business Marketing Research Centre in the Jury.
Eight start-ups Bakerix - Bakeries United, DeskNow, ESKITEC GmbH i.G., LaunchDrive, Max Academy, mykori, The Oater and shopshot successfully represented their home regions in the battle. In the end, the title of NRW Startup Champion went to Max Academy, which offers free practice materials for courses in the STEM field. In addition to the title, there was prize money of 5,000 euros and a challenge cup.
