The winners of the "MARKETING.CHANGE.AWARD. 2022" were selected at a public event organised by the Marketing Club Münster/Osnabrück, moderated by Tom Schult, Vice-President of the Club and Professor Thomas Baaken, MSB and Jury Member.
The past two years have shown that change can be radical, but above all, it happens all the time. The speed at which marketing markets is also changing, markets, consumer behavior and media and media use are also constantly changing, makes marketers to top form. - Marketing Club MS/OS intended to honor creativity, courage and flexibility by issuing the MARKETING.CHANGE.AWARD.2022. Extraordinary and new marketing answers will be selected to cope with a market that is changing ever faster - or even initiate and push the change.
The winning concepts and ideas exemplify agile entrepreneurship in the Münster/Osnabrück region. "We are most impressed by the strong concepts that were driven forward with great dynamism and courageous corporate decisions. This shows what potential there is in the region and in the marketing departments," reported Tom Schult. Jury member Professor Thomas Baaken from S2BMRC continued: "Congratulations to all winners; they developed and implemented amazing innovative strategies. The award creates awareness and visibility in progress, innovation and courage."

Criteria had been changes in the requirements of customers and of employees; change of products and sales channels; new KPIs and ways or procedures of measures; innovative distribution channels, payment methods, delivery channels, the development of distance selling.
The three winning companies presented their concepts and the resulting successes in entertaining and instructive presentations.
