Our team member Nelli Scharapow took the chance to encourage and make the entrepreneurial community and the university stakeholders at the HTSF Conference 2022 aware of the importance of Ethics and Values.
Empowering young people towards ethical entrepreneurship and leadership is the Erasmus+ project Value and Future goal; therefore, role models are also crucial in this process. Hence, the team developed a training method within the last 2 years and incorporated it into the courses with a trainer's guide on how to implement ethical entrepreneurial learning in collaboration with businesses in the curricula and to equip faculty with the right theoretical background as well as practical methods on how to implement ethical entrepreneurial teaching. The students interviewed many entrepreneurs in the project and reflected on different ethical dilemmas.
