The FABLE project aims to train faculty on blended learning, transforming courses into hybrid mode. The team worked on four different work packages, which are building on each other. First, the project partners identified needs and expectations regarding online learning and blended learning, they collected best practices and looked for a transformation method. Additionally, a platform is established, and a white paper will be finished at the end of the year. All the results will be available and accessible on the website very soon. Nelli Scharapow also took the chance to introduce the project and the website to the participants of the HTSF conference in Münster to spread the idea and the achievements so far, a good place with university stakeholders for an up-to-date topic, which gained relevance for the development of Higher Education Institutions after the Covid-19 pandemic.
