24-25 May 2023 | Zaragoza
The ENHANCER Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) was hosted in Zaragoza, Spain, from the 24th to the 25th of May, 2023.
The meeting brought together 17 participants from 6 countries. The meeting aimed to reflect on the competencies of social entrepreneurs, prioritize them for integration into a digital escape room and discuss the desirable features of the digital escape room to foster social entrepreneurship skills.
Habtamu Garommsa, Katrin Uude and Matteo Rosing joined other trainers and students from partner institutions on behalf of the Science to Business Marketing Research (S2BMRC) of FH Münster. The meeting featured a combination of learning, teaching, and training activities (LTTA) along with transnational project management activities.
The LTTA component consisted of three co-creation sessions, where trainers and students collaborated to develop joint solutions for various social entrepreneurship challenges. These sessions employed innovative tools and techniques, such as storytelling tactics and visual illustration platforms. The participants' expertise and diverse perspectives enriched the discussions and fostered creative problem-solving.
During the co-creation sessions, the participants reflected on the five competencies of social entrepreneurs that emerged from the research phase. They engaged in in-depth discussions to prioritize these competencies for integration into the digital escape room, which will be developed as part of the project. The digital escape room holds significant potential to serve as an interactive platform for individuals to acquire and enhance social entrepreneurship skills.
The transnational project meeting also covered discussion on project management-related aspects, including quality assurance, progress reports, and upcoming project activities. Participants shared insights, discussed challenges that arose during the implementation of the project and outlined the next steps.
The meeting in Zaragoza was fruitful as it allowed partners to develop a clearer understanding of the competencies to focus on and a shared vision for developing the digital escape room.
The outcome of this TPM is expected to contribute to the development of an effective digital escape room that equips individuals with the necessary competencies to thrive as social entrepreneurs.
