For one week, four of our university partners set a common goal. The common aim is to internationalise the XRegions ecosystems of FH Münster with partners from Minnesota, Brazil, Chile and the United Kingdom. To this end, those in charge of the project met in Minnesota (USA) with Carsten Schröder, Rolf Laakmann, Sarah Lassek, Stephanie Koch from TAFH; as well as Tatiana Rocha from Brazil; Beth Mercer-Taylor and Aaron Hanson from Minnesota; Isaac Oduro Amoako (UK), and our team member Annika Wesbuer from S2BMRC.
Last year, the first user-centred ideas for the internationalisation strategy were carried out in our Co.Creation.Lab and in the mean time user tests were carried out. Now our team member and Design Thinking Officer Annika Wesbuer led the Design Thinking Workshop for a second time, but this time at the University of Minnesota (USA).
Tightly scheduled days passed until the two teams presented their ideas in the final presentation for the challenge: "Design the professional intercultural & international entry into the HEI ecosystem new, in a world that is being constantly globalised and digitalised". Two individual and combinable user-centred activities were created, which are to be implemented in an international context. In addition, networking workshops (University of Minnesota) and strategy workshops were held in Minnesota.
A complete success for all project partners: FH Münster University of Applied Science, TAFH Münster GmbH, University of Minnesota, Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos, Pacto Alegre, Coventry University, INACAP.
