S2BMRC team member Elina Isakova had an amazing opportunity to be a part of the 2023 Diana International Research Institute (DIRI) Conference at Babson College in Wellesley, US.
The Diana International Research Institute (DIRI) is the premier global research institute dedicated to being the source of all research, policy, practitioner, and educator information for women's entrepreneurship. The theme for the conference is "Women's Entrepreneurship: Exploring Diversity of Experiences and Impacts".
Elina had presented the work "UNPACKING GENDER INCLUSIVITY IN ENTREPRENEURIAL ECOSYSTEMS" and was nominated for the best empirical paper award. Her PhD work is part of the WE.Lead project granted from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).
