Women Entrepreneurs Empowered to Lead (WE.Lead) is a forward-thinking German initiative. It is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung) "Forschung an Fachhochschulen in Kooperation mit Unternehmen" (FH-Kooperativ).
Our team of partners is passionate about increasing the number of women in leadership positions and supporting women entrepreneurs in launching and expanding their ventures. Our ambition is to inspire entrepreneurial thinking and acting in women and equip them with the tools needed to increase their impact through leadership and entrepreneurship.
The kick-off had the purpose of presenting the project structure to the partner-companies and working together on the "Impact of WE.Lead workshop", in which we could align expectations and understand what each one hopes to impact with the project.
It was a great and productive time with a lot of crucial discussions. No better way to kick-off this project!
