The Science-to-Business Marketing Research Centre team leader Dr. Sue Rossano-Rivero explained the importance of women's networks on the local TV "WDR-Lokalzeit".
WDR spoke with Dr. Sue Rossano Rivero during the Women's Business Day, which took place for the first time on August, 8 in Münster - organised by the Kompetenzzentrum Frau & Beruf Münsterland. She explained why it is especially important for the women, which is still clearly underrepresented in management positions, to exchange ideas and take each other as role models.
