Judith Helmer, representing the Science-to-Business Marketing Research Centre, participated in the recent Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) held in Athens. The meeting, which took place from July 3rd to 4th, was hosted by the Athens University of Economics and Business and marked a significant milestone within the Erasmus+ Strategic Alliances Project "Managing Digital Transformation." This project, initiated in September 2020 and set to conclude in August 2023, aims to cultivate the next generation of responsible digital change agents.

The primary objective of the TPM was to convene the consortium of partners and collaboratively finalize the last steps of the "Managing Digital Transformation" project. The project's overarching mission is to equip students and professionals with the requisite knowledge and skills to facilitate successful digital transformations.

The consortium comprises renowned partners, including ACEEU (The Accreditation Council for Entrepreneurial and Engaged Universities), Athens University of Economics and Business, EIT Urban Mobility, NOVA IMS Information Management School, SAXION University of Applied Sciences, the University of Twente, and FH Münster University of Applied Sciences.

At the heart of the project lies the development of a comprehensive European digital academy offering a 30 ECTS program on "Managing Digital Transformation." The academy will provide specialized courses encompassing topics such as Digital Transformations - A Changing Society, Data-driven World, Boost Your Digital Skills, Reimagine Organizations - Transformation of Business Models, Digital Transformation Leadership, and Digital Transformation Challenges. This academy, designed for advanced students and young professionals, aims to cultivate responsible digital change agents and will soon be available for interested future change agents.

In closing, we would like to express our gratitude to the team at Athens University of Economics and Business for hosting a successful and very engaging TPM. Moreover, we would like to thank all project partners for their collaborative efforts and contributions ensuring the project's success and its forthcoming impact on fostering digital transformation leaders.
