Elina Isakova, an academic researcher at the Science-to-Business Marketing Research Centre, participated in the Kick-Off für Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships 2023 in Bonn.
It was an engaging event filled with knowledge-sharing, collaborative discussions, and valuable insights. The sessions included information on project management, challenges and solutions in project implementation.
Furthermore, there were insightful presentations and discussions on microcredentials, dissemination strategies, and the critical aspects of project impact, indicators, and sustainability. The poster presentations showcased innovative projects and fostered conversations, serving as a platform to connect with peers and experts in the field.
At the poster presentation, Elina presented the new project NatAlli, which aims to develop a mentoring programme and an online community to train and accompany highly educated Ukrainian women in their journeys to act as entrepreneurs or as intrapreneurs in established organisations to be agents of the regeneration of their economy and society.
