The S2BMRC - Team is proud to announce: Denise Becker, Team Assistant at the S2BMRC, successfully completed her further education programme as "Trainer Aptitude for Apprenticeship Education" for apprentices at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce North Westphalia. S2BMRC is now also capable to educate Apprenticeship Candidates and Trainees in the Centre.

By completing the programme, she has proven her vocational and work pedagogical skills, knowledge and abilities within the meaning of Section 30 of the German Vocational Training Act:

  • Examination of training prerequisites and planning of training
  • Prepare training and setting the end of training
  • Participation in assessing, selection and hiring trainees
  • Conducting and training of apprentices
  • Complete trainings

She passed both examinations, written and oral, with top results. Congratulations Denise!

Directly after the exam, she was asked by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce North Westphalia to act as an examiner in this training programme in the future.
