S2BMRC team members Dr. Iulia Stroila and Elina Isakova visited workshop "Inclusive or Exclusive? Diversity and Inclusion in Entrepreneurial Ecosystems Research" held at Technical University of Denmark, with 63 participants from 44 universities/organizations and 18 countries.
The purpose of the workshop was to gather young scholars and senior faculty working on promising topics related to diversity and inclusion in entrepreneurial ecosystems research. During the workshop our team members had the privilege of presenting the ongoing research, which is part of the WE.Lead project granted from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).
The workshop presented a great opportunity for our team members to engage in insightful discussions, receive valuable feedback, and establish connections with fellow scholars. The interactions and collaborations that emerged from this event are expected to contribute significantly to the advancement of our research and the broader understanding of diversity and inclusion within entrepreneurial contexts.
Overall, the workshop not only showcased the significance of the WE.Lead project but also underscored the importance of fostering an inclusive environment that encourages diverse perspectives and innovative approaches in the study of entrepreneurial ecosystems.
