The S2BMRC is proud to announce the publication of two crucial reports from the NatAlli project's work package "Strategic Foresight". The research phase, led by the team members Nelli Scharapow and Deborah Hune, involved collaborative efforts from all six NatAlli project partners in conducting 64 interviews with Ukrainian women, mentors, and external stakeholders. This comprehensive approach ensured a diverse range of perspectives were captured. Utilizing methodologies such as environmental scanning and scenario building, the team has identified fundamental topics to guide women in their entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship journey.

Following critical analysis and reporting, two publications are now available to download from the NatAlli website.

The first report, "Challenges and Opportunities Faced by Highly Educated Ukrainian Women in the Crisis," offers valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities for highly educated Ukrainian women and the key trends and drivers that could have significant impacts on the future of Europe through focused research and analysis.

The second report, "Scenario Planning: Vision of a Mentoring Programme for Highly Educated Ukrainian Women," explores a long-term perspective and plan on how mentoring could evolve in the future.

Both reports are now available for free download on the NatAlli website. To access the reports and learn more about NatAlli's mission to empower women entrepreneurs and innovators, and to foster societal renaissance through lifelong learning and mentoring.

Sincere appreciation is extended to all participants in this research phase for their time and commitment!
