Pia Töns is an apprentice in "Event Management" in her 3rd year of apprenticeship at Münster University of Applied Sciences. She joined the S2BMRC Team to complete her professional training this year.
Pia is completing the admin Team. She will be significantly involved in organising the 2020 the 28th HTSF Conference which will be hold in Münster in combination together with the 16th "Science-to-Business Marketing Conference"
During her training during the last years, Pia gained most important and valuable experience with the University's organisation and admin processes. She was working in the International Office and in the department of Adult LLL Education with Prof. Gesmann. She gained insights in HEI Marketing and completed an external stay with "Halle Münsterland", the major event organisation of the City of Münster. Afterwards, she was involved in HEI controlling in the Finance Department and occupational safety in the Facility Management Department at the University, so that she will receive high-quality training in all facets of the event management profession.
