We are delighted to share the successful completion of a semester project this summer semester. Together with Prof. Nils Ommen and his valuable expertise, our team member Nelli Scharapow supervised a semester project in collaboration with Dermasence.
Our centre enjoys a long and strong partnership with Dermasence, and it has been both an honor and a privilege to work together on this endeavor.
This semester, our project team, comprising two Master's students and three Bachelor's students, focused on developing an employer branding strategy and providing recommendations across the recruitment funnel for Dermasence. On Monday, June 17th, our students presented their comprehensive action plan, showcasing their innovative solutions and in-depth research.
We extend our gratitude to Gudrun Hams-Weinecke, Mona Heitkötter, Niklas Heidermann, and Anna-Christina Holling-Tersteeg for the invaluable opportunity to contribute to such an impactful project. We are optimistic that our scientific research has aided in Dermasence's development, and we look forward to continuing our fruitful collaboration in the future.
