The CoCreAid project reaches its final stage with all project partners meeting in Italy for the fifth transnational project meeting to successfully close the collaboration.  In cooperation with representatives from the NGO Meridaunia, Katrin Uude and Carolin Schäfer led the meeting and represented the Science-to-Business Marketing Research Centre (S2BMRC). The goal of CoCreAid is to create a digital platform (CoCreAid Toolbox) with various methods to enhance digital collaboration.

This significant meeting marked the conclusion of the fourth project phase, during which the CoCreAid Kit was adapted and better aligned it with the needs of the project's target groups, according to the insights gathered from both qualitative and quantitative research conducted earlier in the project. These adaptations focus on enhancing the toolkit, making it available in multiple languages and to incorporate additional methods based on these findings. These improvements will be accessible on the project's website (cocreaid.eu), establishing it as a comprehensive resource hub for digital co-creation.

As the project comes to an end the last stage was also about organizing multiplier events by each project partner, to make the toolkit more popular among different target groups such as academics and NGOs. Therefore, the project partners exchanged challenges and learnings to support one another in the organization of those events. This ensures that all partners can fully benefit from each other's experiences.

Their welcoming and generous hospitality have significantly contributed to the collaborative spirit that has been driving the CoCreAid project for almost two years by now.
