Within Tomorrow's Land project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, 6 partners across Europe including Regenerus (UK), FH Münster (Germany), Advancis (Portugal), Bespoke (Denmark), POLIMI (Italy), SIC (Latvia) aim at fostering the creation of the next generation of social innovators who will influence and develop a more inclusive society. Throughout the project, since 2016 the consortium creates resources to support educators who are training young social innovators, the people working to develop practical new solutions to social challenges.
The project will be closed by an international Tomorrow's Land International Conference taking place on the 22nd of November 2018 in Liverpool, UK. This event aims at facilitating the discussion around the topics of social innovation and entrepreneurship. The Conference will challenge our thinking on how we can support and equip young people who will co-design the better tomorrow and solve the current and future challenges.
