Short bio
Nelli Scharapow comes from a little village close to Koblenz in Germany. With her roots in Russia and Kasachstan, she grew up interculturally and bilingually. After her Bachelor´s degree in Business in Bonn, she specialised in International Marketing and Sales in her Master's degree in Münster. During this time, she also spent a semester abroad in Sweden, which was a unique experience, and where she learned a lot about herself. In her practical experiences, she worked for a market leader, was able to create events, get inspired, contribute to research with European projects and be a role model, helping beginners to succeed. For her, it is important to develop herself and that she does something that fulfils her. Outside of work and study, she loves to travel and get to know other cultures. Doing sports, especially playing volleyball and tennis clears her head, and seeing her friends, as well as good food or a good book, calms her down.
Now she is working on her passion topics, New Work and Women's Empowerment, managing Erasmus+ and BMBF projects, and supervising students in consulting projects.
