Established in 2012, the University Industry Innovation Network (UIIN) is a professional resource and networking platform aiming to contribute to the improvement of relationships between academia and business organisations. Developed based on more than 10 years of experience at one of the world's leading centres for university-industry relationships, the Science-to-Business Marketing Research Centre at Münster University of Applied Sciences in Germany, UIIN offers its members as well other professionals opportunities to share knowledge and information in various areas of university-industry partnerships. With technology transfer, IP, licensing and other professionals working at the intersection of science and business being the primary target group, UIIN does not only provide a virtual exchange platform (www.uiin.org) but also offers workshops, conferences and further events for more personal exchange and learning. UIIN is based in Muenster, Germany, and keeps close relationships with the Science-to-Business Marketing Research Centre.
