The international student identity card (ISIC) is accepted in many countries all over the world. On presentation of this identity card, you can obtain a wide variety of discounts, e.g. in museums and exhibitions. Also, if you intend to spend a semester abroad, the ISIC can prove quite useful. The ISIC can be obtained for just 12 € from the University's AStA office. Simply bring along your student identity card and a passport photograph.
