Changes to the semester ticket
Please direct any queries regarding the semester ticket exclusively to the AStA. The AStA is the contractual partner of the transport company, not FH Münster.
The price of the semester ticket has been reduced by €60. The student parliament has decided to cancel the NRW-wide ticket. From 1 March 2024, the semester ticket may no longer be used throughout NRW.

According to the AStA, there will be an upgrade solution to the "local semester ticket" so that all students who wish to do so can upgrade their ticket to the nationwide semester ticket for an additional payment. As soon as more detailed information is available, the AStA will contact you by email in due course.

Re-registration request for the summer semester 2024
On 20 December 2023, the re-registration request was sent to your UAS account by e-mail.
Modification in the re-registration procedure
Since the re-registration procedure for the winter semester 23/24, the request for re-registration no longer generates a pdf document. Please use the details in the e-mail sent for the transfer.
Once the fee has been received, the fee notice will be entered into the myFH portal (under ′My Documents′) as proof of payment.
Your company pays?
Since the winter semester 23/24, invoices can no longer be issued to third parties, such as your training company, for tax reasons.
What changes for you?
You now have to pay in advance. In other words, you pay the semester fee yourself and submit the payment receipt to your employer. Your employer will reimburse you for the amount paid.
The payment receipt no longer shows the name and address of the company. However, reimbursement by the company is still possible.
Münster University of Applied Sciences has fixed re-registration periods.

How to re-register?
You re-register by paying the semester fee and, if applicable, a material procurement fee (applicable for distance learning programmes only). The amount must have been credited to the Münster University of Applied Sciences account by the last day of the reregistration period. Please bear in mind that it may take 4 to 5 days for the transfer to go through.
All students who fail to transfer the fee within the set period will be removed from the register of students after the re-registration period has been expired, with effect from the end of the semester.

In addition to the semester fee, students on distance learning programmes must also pay a material procurement fee.
If you have to pay less than €275,80 or €120.00, you still had another credit balance on your account, which we have offset with this re-registration request. A credit balance can arise from the fact that you have paid more than required.

When entering the reference, please enter only your registration number without any spaces or additions. Otherwise it will not be possible to automatically allocate the payment to your name.
Your semester certificates will be automatically uploaded to the myFH portal under 'My documents' after re-registration - provided that all requirements, such as completion of a pre-study placement, have been met.
