INTERLOCALITY is a win-win for all involved

Over a period of three years, concepts and formats will be developed and tested to improve the successful entry of international students into the regional labor market.

International students qualify for the regional job market through the INTERNATIONAL TALENT JOURNEY, network with potential employers in our region, increase their intercultural competence and thus inspire their career start in Münsterland.

Through low-threshold networking formats, employers can establish direct contact with young talents. The recruiting process of international talents is actively supported by the university. In this way, companies can attract the target group of international, highly qualified specialists for themselves!

Through e-learning modules, employees from companies and universities can further educate themselves with the goal of being able to offer competent advice to international students in the transition to work and to adequately accompany them in their everyday work.
