The project "INTERLOCALITY" offers a structured process for qualification for the regional labor market:
The "International Talent Journey" (ITJ)
The "International Talent Journey" is for you as an international student to support your step into the local job market - with a part-time job, the internship, the thesis or a qualified position.
You will go through a coaching and qualification process in several stages. This will help you gain important skills for finding a job and working for companies in the region, while also putting you in contact with many potential employers.
If you successfully participate, you will receive a "Career Certificate" which you can add to your application.
Participation in the ITJ is voluntary and free of charge.

There are the following steps of the ITJ:
1. an assessment interview at the start of the ITJ.
2. participation in at least 6 events from the three areas of "orientation," "qualification," and "networking from the ITJ-eventcatalogue
3. an assessment interview at the end of the ITJ
Participation will be possible in wintersemester 2023.
