Nelli Scharapow experienced exciting days full of exchange, inspiration, and new impulses in Berlin.
Our colleague attended the conference Fachtagung "Innovativ - Exzellent - Sichtbar" by Metavorhaben "Innovative Frauen im Fokus" (meta-IFiF) and presented our research project WE.Lead (funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF)), which is committed to creating inclusive structures within organizations and the entrepreneurial ecosystem. What was particularly valuable: There was time for discussion and questions, and the high level of interest showed just how many people are passionate about this topic.

The third Women's Empowerment Convention took place in the beautiful Castle of Münster. Prof. Baaken nominated for the 2025 TechPipeline Impact Award, USA

The news came somewhat unexpectedly. This makes its content all the more gratifying: the nomination of our founder and long-standing General Manager Professor Thomas Baaken as a potential final winner of the 2025 TechPipeline Impact Award in one of the six categories, namely "Excellence in Community Contribution".

These changes are due to updates in the scoring model, including the addition of "Higher Education Organisations," which play a crucial role in local economies. Innovative Teaching Toolkit for Integrating a Digital Escape Room into Entrepreneurship Education

As part of the Enhancer project, a digital Educational Escape Room was developed to enhance teaching in the field of Social Entrepreneurship.
